I had amazing weekend with eight wonderful women. I went to a retreat on Sacred Childbirth with Reiki. What this retreat was all about a better way to give birth. As women we need to be reminded that we know how to give birth. What we have heard from family, friends and society comes from a place of fear. We know how to give birth and this birth is not just the birth of a child, but of dreams as well.

It was just three days, but so much has changed for me. It took me over a week to integrate all I had learned and it gave me a lot to think about. So much so I think I want to change my name. I have to remember some things will take time to work themselves out. I can not rush into anything, but I feel so different. I am a different person living in my old life. I have not told people and I do not know how.

Energy in everyday life

I recently had a development in a pattern of energy and life that could not continued. There was a person in my life who I had not real way of getting out, but knew he was bad for me on so many different levels. I tried to express this to others, but it just fell on deaf ears. Until I spoke louder and my body was effect by the energy I was shaking so much and yet did not know. So being the energy worker I am I went looking for answers, because I got the help from others that I could, but I was still feeling the ups and downs of release and not knowing what was going to happen next. I looked for answers in Genevieve Paulson book Kundalini and the Chakras.

Some people have high amounts of poorly assimilated energy in the body such that the energy may flow in and out of the chakras with great force. When energy goes out in great force a person can be left manic or in states of unmaintainable ecstasy. The person does not have a good energy connection in the body. Energy drops and trends to go deep, creating a depressed state. The energy is literally pressed into the body. IF you have these highs and lows, try not to let your highs be extremely high or your lows extremely low; work for balance. Try to feel the energy all over your body. (Paulson 64)

I am still wondering; Is the lack of an energy connection an all the time thing or can it depend on an event? If the energy comes from an event or person what is the best way to maintain balance? What happens if you also find people around who has a chakra flow [that] tips more toward the right, a person will be judgmental and overly mental. (Paulson 64)

I also have the person that helps, but does not get it. I want them to so I can talk more openly, but I do not want to scare him. I know part of it is, all the extra energy and judgment, but I want some type of relationship that is not getting watched over and talked. I do not think that is going to happen for some time.

Full Moon- clearing out energies

I had to do something for the full moon. The energies around me and within were too intense not to. Positive and negative too much of either does not work. I went to a ritual to clear somethings up and out. I was twenty minutes late to the ritual. Releasing energy is easier when you first know things are off. When patterns start it can be so hard to remember to take time to ground and say I do not want this. It does not serve me anymore. This is not the energy I want to be surrounded by. I got many of the answers I was looking for.

As I have started to go back to my daily life I have found out some interesting things. I thought it would be hard to balance out the more positive aspect and it is at some points. I am unsure what to do when somethings are said. I do not know what to do with the negative aspect, because the more I try to be neutral and the hard negative aspect pushes back. The negative aspect brings out so many things from my past. I do not know how so much stuff can come up at the same time.

new moon in Scorpio- intense energies

As the new moon in Scorpio approached energies were spiraling around. When I tried to explain energy and how it connects to everything I realized I was very unclear, because there were so many different energies playing off each other. Energy around and within me was so strong that I didn’t know if the feelings were mine own or someone else. Yet, I feel connection with a few people where they understand something is going on. Words are used just to say I am here and wish things were different to.

I desired to do a little something to come back to center and get away from others energy. I made a quick incense of bay leafs, Cinnamon and Copal for spirituality, psychic powers, protection and to strengthen love. I also did a mediation. Will the other energies know what I did? I want things to be better for the long term. I see how things go for the next couple of weeks and if I need to I will do something for the full moon as well.

Did I know you before?

If you met someone, but you feel like you have known them before what do you do? How much can be known? I have met a couple people at work who have interests and have said things that remind me of my boyfriend. One of these people I feel like I have known before. Can you know a person just passing them in a hallway or street corner?

June full of surprises

This month as been a roller coaster ride. This ride starts up and then stops just as quickly. I have been playing with this idea for a while now, what is the best way to get to my goals and what those really are. Action is always the way to go over thinking positive thoughts. The thing I found sometimes just by asking the universe what is going on with… I seem to get the answer soon after. So action can be as simple as asking the question. Can positive thoughts work sometimes? It just can’t be the only answer and thing are never as easy as people want them to be.
